Salesforce Unveils AI-Driven Products, Expands in Agentification Push
Salesforce has released several new products and announced corporate developments that highlight its focus on AI adoption and agentification. According to Salesforce, AI adoption is surging, but the context and trust to turn that intelligence into reliable work are still scarce.
The company claims that without a foundation of context, workflows, controls, governance, orchestration, and trust, tech investments do not deliver expected results. To address this issue, Salesforce has developed its Customer 360 apps, Agentforce, Slack, and Headless 360 platforms.
Among the new products is Agentic Advisor, which enables wealth advisors to leverage autonomous AI agents for routine work across the client lifecycle. Another product, Agentforce Commerce, brings AI-native, intent-based discovery to any storefront, while new integrations connect product catalogs directly to ChatGPT and Google Search.
Salesforce also announced plans to hire 1,000 new graduates and interns to build an AI-ready workforce through its Futureforce program. The company has made several investments in companies at the forefront of the AI revolution through its Salesforce Ventures arm.
Additionally, Salesforce signed definitive agreements to acquire Contentful, m3ter, and Fin, three companies that complement its existing products and services.
