Salesforce Unveils AI-Powered Tools to Transform Business Processes

Salesforce announced several new products and features at its Dreamforce 2026 conference. One of the key announcements was AIforce, which brings the full power of Salesforce to various surfaces such as Claude, Slack, or the Salesforce platform itself.

AIforce includes Claudeforce inside Claude, Slackforce inside Slack, and Agentforce Coworker inside Salesforce. These agents can perform tasks such as answering natural-language questions, building plans, and executing them with the help of other agents.

Salesforce also introduced job-ready agents, which are pre-built for specific roles like inbound pipe gen or outbound sales. Each agent comes equipped with skills and actions to hit the ground running on day one. The company also announced long-horizon agents, which can pursue goals over days, weeks, or even months.
