Salesforce's $25 billion buyback program is looking like a shrewd move according to Jim Cramer, who says 'whatever was ailing the stock is over.'

The stock has surged 28% over the past month, with a current price of $252. This comes after Salesforce repurchased shares at an average price of $176 through its $25 billion program.

Cramer pointed to the timing of the buyback, which was done at a relatively low price point compared to the current market value. He also highlighted the success of Slackbot, which has reached one million active users five months after launch, up 150% quarter over quarter.
