Salesforce's Partner Ecosystem Takes Center Stage at Dreamforce 2026

At Dreamforce 2026, Salesforce highlighted the capabilities of its partner ecosystem, showcasing several key ISVs that are making waves in the Agentforce era. Among them were Anthropic, OpenAI, Typeface, Google, and Amazon Web Services.

Anthropic's collaboration with Salesforce on Claudeforce has gained significant attention, with 40 customers already using it in private pilot and up to 1,000 in open beta. The product streamlines administrative tasks by automating the process of hand-wiring MCP servers for each user.

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff praised Anthropic's capabilities, saying 'it's going to be an incredible opportunity' for services partners. He also emphasized that Salesforce's investments in AI innovation and partnership with Anthropic will lead to wins for its services partners.

Meanwhile, OpenAI has partnered with Salesforce on Missionforce, allowing users to leverage OpenAI models to secure government environments. The integration enables users to access authorized data and trigger actions from the ChatGPT interface.
