Seavula Returns Home for Saint Joseph's Platinum Jubilee
Former Saint Joseph's Secondary School sprinter and Olympian Sisilia Seavula returned to her alma mater for its Platinum Jubilee celebration. The event, which honored the school's 75 years of excellence, was a special occasion for Seavula, who had not been back in over a decade.
Seavula made a name for herself on the tracks during the Coca-Cola Games while at Saint Joseph's. She went on to represent Fiji at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, a pinnacle of her career.
In an interview with fijivillage News, Seavula expressed her gratitude towards her teachers who had shaped her path and encouraged current students to make the most of their time at school and live life to the fullest.
