Sherwin-Williams, a global manufacturer and distributor of paints, coatings, and related products, has secured new multicurrency term loan facilities. On September 24, 2026, Sherwin-Williams entered into a 364-day senior unsecured term loan credit agreement for $750 million with Citibank as administrative agent.
The new US dollar loan replaces an existing facility dated August 8, 2025, and matures on September 23, 2027. The funds will support refinancing of the terminated agreement and general corporate purposes, with customary covenants and a consolidated leverage cap of 3.75 times EBITDA.
Additionally, Sherwin-Williams Luxembourg S.à r.l. executed a new €100 million term loan agreement with ING Bank's Dublin branch on the same date. This euro facility also matures on September 23, 2027, and includes options for two six-month extensions. The company guarantees SW Luxembourg's obligations, highlighting its coordinated funding strategy.
