Ryan Sieg and his family-owned team RSS Racing achieved their first career victory in the O'Reilly Series with a win at Daytona International Speedway. The Winn-Dixie 250 Powered by Coca-Cola marked a milestone for Sieg, who has been competing for over 15 years as an independent entry.

Sieg faced early setbacks during the race but managed to overcome them through determination and perseverance. He acknowledged the mental and physical demands of competing at such a high level, saying, 'It's tough sometimes, it's a bummer a lot of the times and you never think it's ever going to go your way, and you just got to be strong and just try to chase your dreams.'

Despite earning his first win, Sieg did not secure a spot in the playoffs, which will feature the top 12 finishers from the series. The playoffs will begin with the Fleetio 200 at Darlington Raceway in South Carolina on September 5th.
