A former Salesforce executive is selling his sprawling Sonoma County estate for $12.9 million.

Graham Smith, who served as the software giant's chief financial officer from 2008 to 2014, has listed his 17-acre property near Sonoma with Holly Bennett of Sotheby's International Realty - Wine Country-Sonoma Brokerage.

The estate, designed by Cahill Studios and built by Landers Curry, features a 7,370-square-foot main residence with three bedrooms, a media room, fitness center, and high-end finishes including Italian cabinetry and marble countertops. A detached guest house offers additional living space.

The property underwent significant renovations in 2016, including the installation of solar panels, a backup generator, and artificial intelligence-enabled security systems. The sellers also invested in a Frontline wildfire suppression system to protect against Northern California's growing fire risks.
