ST Engineering Deepens Collaboration with Collins Aerospace on Aircraft Component Support

ST Engineering has strengthened its collaboration with Collins Aerospace to enhance component support capabilities in the aerospace industry. The Commercial Aerospace business of ST Engineering signed three new agreements with Collins Aerospace, extending existing partnerships and introducing new areas of cooperation.

The agreements focus on improving component support for airlines worldwide. One contract involves repairing fan assembly electronics boards made by Collins Aerospace for Boeing 787 aircraft. By offering repair-over-replacement solutions, the companies aim to reduce turnaround times for Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repairs and boost overall efficiency.

Another agreement expands the use of Collins Aerospace Power & Controls spare parts for LRU component MRO across multiple platforms. This move increases the availability of narrowbody aircraft components in ST Engineering's portfolio, enhancing the quality of OEM-approved component repair support it can offer.

The third extended contract covers lifecycle repair support for LRU components on Boeing 737 and Airbus A320 aircraft, supported through Collins Aerospace's FlightSense. The agreements demonstrate the companies' commitment to delivering comprehensive maintenance solutions to airline operators worldwide.
