Selvi Supuriamaniam has taken on an expanded role at Stanley Black & Decker, adding India to her responsibilities as HR director for Middle East and East-West Africa.

She joined the company in 2024 and has a long history of success in human resources, starting with Kao Penang Group of Malaysia in 2007. Supuriamaniam's career break began after five years at Coca-Cola Bottlers (Malaysia), where she held multiple roles including head-organisational development and learning.

A decade later, she became the global emerging markets' head-talent and organisational effectiveness, designing innovative talent-management programmes. After a year off, Supuriamaniam returned to Stanley Black & Decker in 2024 as HR director for Middle East and East-West Africa.
