Stock futures are holding steady on Monday, following a week of mixed performances for major indexes. The Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500 futures remain nearly unchanged, while Nasdaq futures have dipped slightly by 0.2%. This comes after the Nasdaq hit an all-time high on Friday, driven by a weaker-than-expected employment report that eased concerns about potential Federal Reserve interest rate hikes later this month.

This week, investors will focus on earnings reports from key companies like Delta Air Lines, PepsiCo, and Levi Strauss. Constellation Brands will report after the bell tomorrow, followed by Levi Strauss and Applied Digital after Wednesday’s close. PepsiCo is set to release results on Thursday, and Delta Air Lines will report on Friday, providing insights into consumer spending trends. Additionally, the Federal Reserve will release minutes from its last meeting on Wednesday, offering clues about future interest rate decisions.

Cryptocurrency stocks are gaining momentum as Bitcoin trades near a nine-month high. Bitcoin was recently valued at around $86,200, up from a weekend low of $84,500, and nearing last month’s peak of $87,300. This rally has lifted shares of Coinbase, Robinhood, Mara Holdings, Circle, and MicroStrategy, the largest corporate holder of Bitcoin. The cryptocurrency’s rise is attributed to hopes for clearer federal regulations and improved risk sentiment due to Fed and Treasury efforts to stabilize the economy.

The euro has hit its lowest point against the dollar since May 2025, falling to approximately $1.12 per euro. This decline is fueled by concerns over political and financial instability in the Eurozone, particularly in Spain, where snap elections have been called due to protests over failed housing reforms. The global bond sell-off, which has pushed U.S. Treasury yields to multi-decade highs, has also impacted European markets, raising borrowing costs and financial stability fears for countries like France and Italy.

Nvidia shares are rising after setting a new all-time high on Friday, reaching nearly $238 during trading. The stock closed at $234, just below its record closing high of $235.74 set in May. Investors are optimistic about Nvidia’s advancements in AI-related software and hardware, as well as its $150 billion stock buyback plan, which signals confidence in the company’s future growth. Nvidia shares were up 0.5% in recent premarket trading.
