Sue Kyung Lee Revives SK-II with 18% Growth
Sue Kyung Lee, the global president of P&G Skin Care, has been instrumental in revitalizing the company's multibillion-dollar portfolio, which includes iconic brands like SK-II, Olay, Farmacy, First Aid Beauty, and Tula. Based in Singapore, Lee has a long-standing career with Procter & Gamble, joining the company in 1994. She made history as P&G Korea’s first female leader in 2012 and later took the helm of SK-II globally.
Under Lee's leadership, SK-II, which had previously underperformed, has seen a remarkable turnaround. The brand reported an 18% global growth in the March 2026 quarter, marking a significant return to growth for the region. This momentum has continued throughout the fiscal year, showcasing Lee's strategic prowess and ability to drive success in the competitive beauty industry.
