Summit Brings the Beat to the Big Board
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has seen its fair share of excitement over the years, from traders frantically yelling at falling tickers to CEOs ringing in new IPOs. However, a DJ set on the trading floor? That was a first.
Last night, John Summit took over the NYSE floor for a unique performance presented by Cash App and Visa. The timing of the event was deliberate, coming one day before his Experts Only Festival returns to Randall's Island Park in New York.
The Experts Only Festival is set to take place on September 19 and 20, with an expected attendance of around 50,000 fans across three stages. The main stage will feature full-scale production, complete with lasers and LED visuals. A second stage called Mirror Field will be surrounded by large-scale art installations, while the Pwemium Lounge offers a more intimate indie dance experience.
The festival lineup includes a mix of big-name DJs such as GRiZ, SUBJOHNICS (a back-to-back set with Subtronics), Prospa, LYNY, Rohaan, Max Styler b2b Adam Ten, and Will Clarke. With Saturday single-day tickets sold out, weekend passes remain available.
