Take-Two Interactive has taken legal action against the hacker behind the recent Grand Theft Auto 6 leaks. The company has issued subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord in an attempt to obtain information about Cyberleek, the alias used by the leaker.

The subpoenas request identifying information for user accounts on Discord servers associated with Cyberleek, including backend server metadata, IP access logs, and email addresses. Take-Two is also seeking information from Microsoft regarding internal investigations into the 'cyberleek' persona.

The leakers claim to have made over $30,000 in trading fees within 24 hours of releasing the first set of leaks, which featured unofficial gameplay clips of one of the game's protagonists. The hackers say they're targeting Rockstar Games over a series of grievances, including Grand Theft Auto 6's digital-only release.
