Congressman David J. Taylor has made recent changes to his investment portfolio, according to a congressional trade report.

The Ohio representative purchased common stock in biopharmaceutical company Amgen Inc., and home improvement retailer Home Depot, Inc.

Both transactions were made on September 22, 2026, and valued between $1,001 and $15,000. The congressman bought the shares through two different accounts under the David Taylor Trust.

The purchased Amgen stock currently trades at $402.97 with a market cap of $220.18 billion, and has delivered strong returns of 39% over the past year, according to InvestingPro analysis.
