Ternus Receives $161,258 in Apple Stock Awards
Apple CEO John Ternus has received two stock awards totaling 161,258 contracts. The first award consists of 40,315 restricted stock units (RSUs) that are scheduled to vest in four years.
The second award is for 120,943 target performance-based RSUs, which will vest on October 1, 2029, based on Apple's relative total shareholder return from fiscal 2027 through 2029. The reward could be anywhere between 0% and 200% of the target units.
The awards are part of Ternus' compensation package, and they reflect the company's performance over the next few years. If Apple meets its targets, Ternus stands to gain a significant number of shares.
