Toy Story 5 Set to Debut on Disney Plus this Fall

Disney's latest blockbuster, Toy Story 5, is still playing in theaters and has broken a new franchise record with $160 million in domestic ticket sales during its opening weekend. The movie drew rave reviews when it was released last month. With such a strong start, fans are eagerly waiting to bring Woody and Buzz Lightyear into their homes through Disney Plus.

Although Disney hasn't announced an official release date for Toy Story 5 on the streaming platform, industry trends suggest that it won't be long before it becomes available. Typically, movies take three or four months to reach streaming platforms after their theatrical run, putting the release date sometime in September or October.

In the meantime, viewers can catch the movie through other means, such as Google Play, where it is currently available for $24.99 starting August 18th. This option allows fans to stream the film before its official Disney Plus debut.
