Trebellar Secures 18M for AI Corporate Real Estate Platform
Trebellar, an AI-driven platform designed for corporate real estate, has secured $18 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Blossom Capital, with additional participation from Haystack, Alt Capital, 1Flourish, and Bynd Venture Capital. Founded in 2022, the San Francisco-based company offers an AI-native solution that consolidates portfolio data to help large corporations make informed real estate decisions. According to Diego Ferreiro Val, co-founder and CEO of Trebellar, the platform enables faster, more confident decision-making compared to traditional manual methods.
Trebellar experienced a 20-fold revenue growth from the first to the second quarter of 2026. Notable clients include Uber, Meta, and Merck, who use the platform to assess space needs, costs, utilization, and commute data. The technology also provides insights into team sentiment, offering a comprehensive view of corporate real estate portfolios. Adam Sewall, co-founder and chief operating officer, emphasized that Trebellar serves end occupiers in the corporate space, including those with service provider partnerships.
The new funding will be used to expand Trebellar’s engineering and go-to-market teams, enhance its AI capabilities, and attract more enterprise customers. Dave Gunter, vice president of global workplace services at Meta, praised the platform, stating it is becoming an essential tool for real estate decision-making. The company’s founding team includes former engineers and operators from Salesforce, Google, Waymo, and Verkada, with Dave Radcliffe, a former Google real estate executive, recently joining as an adviser.
Ophelia Brown of Blossom Capital highlighted that Trebellar addresses a gap in the corporate real estate sector, providing purpose-built AI technology rather than repurposed solutions.
