Tulare Men Sentenced to Life Without Parole in Christmas Eve Veteran Shooting
Tulare County prosecutors have secured life sentences without parole for two men involved in the Christmas Eve shooting of a U.S. Army veteran in 2020.
Cisco Vasquez, 30, and Saul Ingraham, 27, were convicted by a Tulare County jury for their roles in the killing on December 24, 2020.
The victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head near San Joaquin Street in Tulare after police received multiple 911 calls reporting gunshots.
Video surveillance recorded two men fleeing the scene, and Vasquez dropped a 9mm handgun during a brief chase that was later verified as the weapon used in the shooting.
