Two Sigma Sells Stake in Visa, Other Institutional Investors Buy More

Two Sigma Securities LLC sold 4,425 shares of Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) stock during the second quarter, reducing their holdings by 40.3%. The institutional investor owned 6,558 shares of Visa's stock after selling a portion of their stake in the credit-card processor.

The value of Two Sigma Securities' holdings in Visa was $2,250,000 at the end of the most recent quarter. Other hedge funds and institutional investors also made changes to their positions in V during the second quarter.

Benjamin Edwards Inc., for example, raised its stake in Visa by 12.8%, buying an additional 15,455 shares of the credit-card processor's stock. Flputnam Investment Management Co. also increased its holdings in Visa by 16.9% during the period.
