UBS Cuts McDonald's Price Target Amid US Sales Challenges
UBS has revised its price target for McDonald's Corp. () to $320 from $340, citing challenges in US sales and pressured quick-service restaurant valuations.
The firm maintained a Buy rating on the shares, which currently trade at $248.24, near their 52-week low of $247.65.
According to UBS analyst Dennis Geiger, McDonald's shares trade at approximately 18 times consensus 2027 earnings estimates, at the lower end of historical valuation ranges.
The company is set to hold an investor day on September 23 in Chicago, where it will likely discuss plans to improve US sales performance and details on its NEXT growth strategy.
