Universal Orlando Resort has introduced a new guest recognition feature called 'Fist Bump' that allows visitors to acknowledge employees who provide exceptional service.

The feature is built into the Universal Orlando app and can be accessed by guests during or after their visit. To use it, guests simply scroll to the bottom of the app's main page and select the '#UOFistBump' option.

The process involves filling out a form with information about the employee being recognized, including their name and where they were encountered. Guests can then submit a message describing what happened, which will be sent directly to Universal Orlando.
