US markets look to continue their winning streak on Monday after posting significant gains last Thursday and Friday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average, S&P 500, and Nasdaq Composite all rose modestly or substantially over the two days.

The tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index added 1% on Friday after a 2.8% gain on Thursday. Amazon led the charge with a 15.3% increase on Friday, while Alphabet and Microsoft saw gains of 6.7% and 3%, respectively. The S&P 500 rose 0.7% on Friday following its 1.7% increase on Thursday.

On Monday, investors will be watching for earnings reports from companies like Marriott International and Tyson Foods. Meanwhile, crude oil futures have taken a hit after the US and Iran appeared to pause their attacks and counterattacks in the Persian Gulf. The CLmain contract fell 4.7% on Sunday evening.
