The US stock market saw a turnaround on Thursday, as major indices bounced back from three consecutive sessions of losses. The Nasdaq Composite Index rose 438.87 points (1.7%) to finish at 26,418.30, while the S&P 500 gained 85.95 ticks (1.1%) to reach 7,637.76 and the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 316.14 points (0.6%) to 51,778.04.

The turnaround came as oil prices and US Treasury yields eased, which is traditionally beneficial for stocks. Intel stock jumped 7.7% on Thursday after reports that it might partner with SK hynix to make computer memory in the US. IonQ Inc also rose 9.5% after publishing research showing its algorithms can speed up complex industrial design by as much as 14.6%.

Other notable gainers included Nvidia, which led the 'Magnificent Seven' stocks with a 2.5% increase, followed by Tesla (up 2.3%), Amazon (ahead 2.1%), and Alphabet-A (1.3% firmer). The cloud-infrastructure firm CoreWeave fell 4.2%, however, after announcing plans to sell up to $3.5 billion of convertible senior notes.
