USBC Taps Industry Veteran Richa Pareek as Chief Product Officer

USBC has appointed Richa Pareek as its new Chief Product Officer. Pareek brings over 15 years of experience in payments and product development from top companies like JPMorgan Chase, Coinbase, Uber, and Google.

Pareek's most recent role was Executive Director of Product at JPMorgan Chase, where she led the development of the bank's proprietary Wallet-as-a-Service platform. The platform served over 60 million cardholders and supported the bank's $20 billion acquisition of the Apple Card portfolio from Goldman Sachs.

The appointment comes as USBC prepares to launch its tokenized deposit offering, a move that could have significant implications for the financial technology industry.
