Veteran Millwright Nicholas Feuchtmayer Dies at 83

Nicholas F. Feuchtmayer, an 83-year-old man from Bethlehem, passed away on August 25, 2026. He was born on August 10, 1943, in Sellersville to Nicholas and Edna (Bishop) Feuchtmayer.

Feuchtmayer proudly served his country in the United States Army and worked as a Millwright for Merck and Company for over 30 years. Outside of work, he enjoyed many hobbies, including golfing, riding motorcycles, and above all, sailing.

Sailing was a passion that reflected Feuchtmayer's adventurous spirit and appreciation for freedom on the water. He is survived by his wife, Chris (Breslin) Feuchtmayer, their four pets, Enzo, Skye, Star, and Luna, as well as extended family and friends.
