Visalia Boxing Event Turns Violent as 100-Person Brawl Erupts
At least 15 individuals were arrested after a massive brawl involving approximately 100 people erupted during the 559 Fights event at the Visalia Convention Center in California on Saturday night.
The Visalia Police Department was working the event and immediately requested additional units to assist with the situation. A total of 26 police units responded, including officers from neighboring departments such as the Tulare County Sheriff's Office, Farmersville Police Department, and Exeter Police Department.
The responding officers worked swiftly to regain control and disperse the crowd. Unfortunately, three Visalia police officers suffered minor injuries during the incident, but all were treated and released.
The chaos led to 15 arrests on various charges, with no further details provided by authorities at this time.
