Visy Logistics Teams Up with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners for Linehaul Requirements
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has partnered with Visy Logistics to support its linehaul transport requirements across selected Australian lanes. The partnership will see Visy Logistics provide CCEP with reliable capacity, operational flexibility, and access to modern transport equipment.
Visy Logistics operates a comprehensive fleet and established national transport network, which enables it to provide CCEP with the necessary support. A key focus of the partnership is the use of 36-pallet B-Double trailer combinations, which provide approximately 6% additional carrying capacity compared to traditional 34-pallet configurations.
To further support CCEP's requirements, Visy Logistics will add new Volvo FH600 prime movers and 36-pallet B-Double trailer combinations to its fleet. Selected trailer combinations will feature dedicated CCEP livery, proudly showcasing the partnership between the two businesses as they travel across Australia's transport network.
Phillip Parsons, Director of Logistics at CCEP, Australia Pacific, said: 'We make and move some of Australia’s most loved drinks every day, so having the right partners across our supply chain really matters. With operations in every state and territory, we need a transport network that can keep products moving reliably and efficiently for customers across the country.'
Wayne Boxshall, President, Visy Logistics Australia, said: 'This partnership reflects the strength of our transport capability and our ability to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes at scale. We are proud to be trusted by CCEP and look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship.'
