Vylor has successfully built a governed agentic AI knowledge framework on Microsoft Foundry in just six months. The company emphasizes that strong data governance is key to fostering trust, which in turn drives user adoption. Damon Andrews, a spokesperson for Vylor, highlights the importance of prioritizing data and the insights it provides. The framework ensures trustworthiness by allowing each team to control its own data through profiles linked to indexed information stored in Azure Blob Storage or SharePoint sites.

Access controls are managed using Microsoft Entra, enabling role-based access controls for each profile. The setup process for a bespoke Sprout chatbot is streamlined, taking only four hours. Business owners benefit from Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into how their Sprout profiles are utilized, including usage metrics and information gaps.

The framework has significantly improved business operations, making succession planning and onboarding new employees more efficient. Global users can query Sprout in their native language, eliminating the need for local translations and saving valuable time. The adoption of Sprout has surged, particularly since the introduction of a widget that allows native embedding in applications, making it more accessible and relevant for users.
