Oversea Chinese Banking Corp Ltd has entered the market by acquiring a new position in Walmart Inc. (NASDAQ:WMT), according to its latest disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The firm purchased 125,376 shares of Walmart's stock, valued at approximately $14,216,000.

This is not an isolated case, as several other hedge funds have also bought new positions in Walmart. Entrust Financial LLC bought a new position worth $27,000 in the fourth quarter, while Merkkuri Wealth Advisors LLC acquired a new stake valued at $29,000 during the first quarter.
