Wendy's Locations Change Hands in Jacksonville for $4 Million
CrownPoint Partners announced the successful closing of two Wendy's locations in Jacksonville, Florida. The transactions involved a total of $4 million in investment sales and demonstrate the brokerage's ability to navigate complex deals.
The first transaction was an off-market sale that closed in late Spring for $2.2 million. The property is secured by an absolute net lease with approximately 12 years remaining and is operated by Meritage Hospitality Group. It's strategically positioned as an outparcel to Oakleaf Town Center, anchored by Target and The Home Depot.
Shannon Bona, Managing Partner and Co-Founder of CrownPoint Partners, said the transaction was a success due to the company's relationships with both parties involved. 'This transaction is a great example of the value we can create by leveraging relationships on both sides of a deal,' she stated.
The second transaction involved the $1.8 million sale of a vacant Wendy's, formerly occupied by Meritage Hospitality Group. CrownPoint Partners represented both the Buyer and Seller in this deal as well, with the Buyer being a repeat client.
