Woman Found Dead Inside Amazon Delivery Van in Lake County

The body of Jaylene Vargas Gonzalez was found unresponsive inside an Amazon delivery van in Lake County, Florida on August 10. A 911 caller reported that the vehicle had been stationary for an extended period, prompting deputies to investigate.

Upon arrival, the Lake County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) found Gonzalez, who was identified as the driver of the Amazon vehicle. She was transported to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

The cause of death remains unknown, and LCSO has stated that this is an active investigation.
