Zillow Taps Google Exec as First Chief Legal Officer

Zillow Group has created a new C-suite position to elevate legal, compliance, and government affairs within its leadership ranks.

The company has recruited Cassandra 'Sandi' Knight, a veteran Google litigation executive, to become its first chief legal and policy officer in this newly created role.

Knight joins Zillow from Google, where she was involved in litigation.

This move comes as the online real estate company seeks to strengthen its focus on regulatory issues and government relations.
