Oil prices have taken a hit, but diesel fuel has reached an all-time high. Brent crude, the global benchmark, dropped by 2.5% to below $98 a barrel today.
The decline in oil prices comes at a time when other energy-related costs are on the rise. Diesel fuel, however, is bucking this trend and has hit record highs.
