The local market mirrored the international rate's loss, which declined by $5 to reach $4,055 per ounce with a premium of $20. The 10-gram gold saw a fall of Rs428 and was sold at Rs366,886.

Contrastingly, silver prices in Pakistan have increased by Rs60 to reach Rs6,351 per tola. The fluctuations in the market are likely due to the variations in international rates.
