Pakistan gold prices jump Rs1,200 per tola amid international gains

Gold prices in Pakistan saw a sharp increase on Monday, following an upward trend in the global market. The price per tola rose by Rs1,200, reaching Rs437,536, while the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs1,029 to Rs375,116. These changes were reported by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

The previous day, Saturday, had seen a decline in gold prices, with a tola dropping by Rs4,300 to Rs436,336. However, the international rate of gold rebounded, climbing by $12 to $4,150 per ounce.

In addition to gold, silver prices also surged, reaching a new all-time high. The price per tola of silver increased by Rs66, bringing it to Rs6,588.
