PetroAmir Sustains Output, GANOPE Seeks NPIC Support at PetroSafwa
PetroAmir's operations have been sustained at an average of 973 barrels per day (bbl/d) in the fiscal year 2025/26, according to Chairman Mohamed Abdel Raouf.
Despite natural decline in well productivity and rising associated water production from crude oil wells, PetroAmir has carried out maintenance operations on 13 wells and tested new geological formations.
The company's efforts have been supported by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), which emphasizes the importance of increasing production at this stage due to Egypt's large market and development plans.
GANOPE Chairman Samir Raslan also called on North Petroleum International Company (NPIC) to strengthen its support for petroleum activities at PetroSafwa, a joint-venture company between NPIC and GANOPE.
