Russian Crude Exports Rebound Amid Ongoing Ukraine Conflict
Russia's crude oil exports have rebounded to their highest level in over a month, according to Bloomberg. Shipments averaged 3.71 million barrels per day in the four weeks leading up to September 27.
This increase comes as Brent crude prices remain above $100 a barrel due to tensions in the Middle East, making Russian oil more attractive to buyers.
However, Russia is missing out on refined fuel exports as Ukrainian drone strikes have disrupted its refineries, leading to shortages at home and restrictions on diesel shipments.
