Silver Rises on Falling Oil Prices and Lower Bond Yields

Silver prices have surged by 1.43% to ₹2,41,603 due to declining oil prices that have eased inflation concerns and lowered bond yields.

The decrease in oil prices for a third consecutive session has contributed to this rise. Saudi Arabia's efforts to restore flows through its East-West pipeline are also playing a role.

Meanwhile, the US unemployment claims fell by 10,000 to 196,000 in the second week of September, while housing starts declined 2.6% month-on-month to 1.275 million units in August, marking the lowest since October 2025.
