Altcoins Rally on Institutional Demand and Whale Interest
Ripple (XRP), Cardano (ADA), and Solana (SOL) have seen significant gains this month, with double-digit increases. Institutional demand is driving the rally in XRP and SOL, while ADA has gained traction from large-wallet investors.
ETF inflows into Ripple- and Solana-focused funds reached $14.89 million and $32.81 million on Thursday, respectively. This marks the third consecutive day of inflows for XRP ETFs and the fifth consecutive day for SOL ETFs.
CoinGlass data shows that Cardano's percentage of supply in profit has risen to 30.22%, up from 16.88% over the last two weeks. Whale demand is also increasing, with holders of 100 million to 1 billion ADA tokens accounting for 7.59% of the total supply.
Ripple's price holds above $1.55 at press time, maintaining a constructive near-term bias. Solana is poised to continue its rally, with a breakout from a bullish flag pattern potentially leading to further gains.
