Arbitrum DAO Votes on Grant Bans for Three Projects Following High-Severity Cases

Arbitrum's DAO is taking action against three projects that received funding through its grant program. Following high-severity cases identified by its Watchdog program, the DAO is voting on whether to impose formal grant bans on Good Entry, Limitless, and APX Finance.

The proposal comes after investigations resulted in the recovery of approximately 532,000 ARB. The Watchdog program monitors grant recipients and investigates cases where milestones, reporting, or use of funds raise concerns.

Voting for the proposal remains active through September 23, and if approved, it would create a formal barrier preventing these projects from accessing future Arbitrum grants. However, if the vote fails, the Watchdog findings and recovered ARB would still stand, but without the additional grant-ban policy.
