Share

Crypto lender Arch Lending is preparing to enter the tokenized equity lending market, where it will offer loans backed by onchain representations of stocks and exchange-traded funds.

The move comes as the distributed tokenized stock value has grown sharply, reaching approximately $3.15 billion, a fivefold increase from about $630 million a year earlier, according to RWA.xyz data.

Arch's co-founder and chief revenue officer, Himanshu Sahay, stated that the firm expects to enter the space 'pretty soon,' citing rising demand for credit against tokenized stocks and ETFs.
