BlackRock's Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (NASDAQ:BITA) has made its first monthly distribution of $0.799235 on August 7, 2026, with an annualized run rate of $9.59 per share.

This translates to an 18.49% annualized yield at the fund's price near the payment date, when Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) was trading around $64,484.

Bitcoin has since rallied to $78,144, but the current forward yield is lower due to BITA's increased price of $59.38.

BITA generates income by writing covered calls against its Bitcoin exposure, converting volatility premiums into monthly checks.
