Bitcoin Consolidates Above $82.5K Neckline as XRP and Dogecoin Show Long-Term MVRV Discounts
Bitcoin's recent recovery has been accompanied by renewed institutional flows and corporate accumulation. According to Santiment, XRP and Dogecoin are showing long-term MVRV discounts, with their 365-day readings standing at -11.75% and -19.26%, respectively.
The metrics indicate that the average participant in these assets is still holding unrealized losses despite the broader market recovery. In contrast, Bitcoin has moved into a technically important consolidation zone above the $82,500 neckline identified by analyst Ali Charts.
Ali Charts described this area as support and cited $100,000 as the measured target if the double-bottom pattern develops as outlined. The recent advance toward $87,000 has been accompanied by substantial inflows in U.S. spot BTC ETFs, with reports showing $999 million on September 21 and $714.7 million on September 22.
