Bitcoin Dips Below $84,000 as Crypto Market Weakens

Bitcoin's value dropped more than 2% on October 7, falling below the $84,000 mark. As of 11:01 a.m. in South Korea, the cryptocurrency was trading at $83,730.34 on Binance's USDT market, a decline of 2.08% from the previous day. On South Korea's Upbit won market, Bitcoin was priced at 114.3 million won, down 1.43% from the day before.

The downturn wasn't limited to Bitcoin. Top altcoins by market capitalization also saw declines. Ether fell 2.88% to $2,631.43 on Binance's USDT market, while XRP dropped 3.2% to $1.45. Solana experienced a 2.61% decrease, trading at $117.46 over the past 24 hours.
