The Bitcoin ETF sector saw a significant influx of capital on Wednesday after suffering two consecutive days of net outflows. Spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded $159.5 million in net inflows, marking a turnaround from the previous days' heavy withdrawals.

BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) was the primary driver of this recovery, attracting $183.7 million in fresh capital. In contrast, Fidelity's FBTC saw $16.6 million in withdrawals, while VanEck's HODL lost $7.6 million.

The recent rebound is a positive sign for institutional demand after last week's sharp sell-off. Despite the three-day flow picture still being negative, with approximately $586.8 million in net withdrawals over the period, the latest session indicates that investors have not abandoned Bitcoin ETFs entirely.
