Bitcoin Rebounds Above $84,000 as Treasury Yields Steady
Bitcoin rebounded above $84,000 on Tuesday as the price of the cryptocurrency found buyers on dips to about $82,500. The 10-year Treasury yield held near 5.25% after Monday's climb to its highest level since 2007, according to CoinDesk data.
Ether led the majors, up 2% to nearly $2,720. Other notable gains were from DOGE, XRP, BNB, SOL, and TRX, each of which gained under 1%. HYPE slipped 1%, while ZEC was down 9% to about $1,423.
The U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs took in about $31 million on Monday, with ether funds adding $17 million. SOL and XRP funds combined added $17 million, but the lone U.S. ZEC fund posted a net outflow of about $8 million.
