BTCC Strengthens Security with Refreshed Trust Center on 15th Anniversary
BTCC, the oldest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, has launched a refreshed Trust Center to mark its 15th anniversary. The update underscores the exchange’s long-standing commitment to security, a priority emphasized by Alex Hung, Head of Operations. Hung highlights that while other exchanges focus on fees and product listings, BTCC has prioritized resilience through bull and bear markets, extreme volatility, and evolving regulations. He stresses that security is not just a selling point but the foundation of the exchange’s growth.
The enhanced Trust Center showcases BTCC’s security measures, including multi-signature cold storage, 1:1 asset storage, and 24/7 AML controls. Independent security audits by CertiK, along with partnerships with Chainalysis, Forter, and SEON, further strengthen the platform. The exchange also commits to monthly Proof of Reserves reporting, maintaining a 100% reserve ratio, and a $25.5 million Risk Reserve Fund. Notably, BTCC has never recorded hacker theft since its founding in 2011.
BTCC’s 0-Barrier Trading theme, introduced as part of its 15th anniversary, includes 0 Panic, 0 Fees, 0 Distance, and 0 Friction. The exchange offers zero trading fees across 380+ pairs weekly, 24/7 localized support, and seamless copy trading with TradingView integration. Beyond crypto, BTCC now provides access to US stocks, gold, forex, commodities, and more, reflecting the growing demand for multi-asset trading platforms.
Hung clarifies that BTCC’s goal is not to become the largest exchange but to raise industry standards in security, compliance, and global market connectivity. The refreshed Trust Center is now available, and BTCC will also be present at TOKEN2049 Singapore as a Platinum Sponsor, inviting attendees to visit its booth for interactive activities and exclusive swag.
