Cronos Fails to Recover Millions after Tectonic Hack

The Cronos network was unable to recover $9.19 million in funds following an attack on the Tectonic credit protocol.

According to a report, around $111.2 million out of the affected $120.4 million was successfully recovered by the team.

Vault operators rolled back the network by nearly two hours - 10,961 blocks - in an attempt to undo unauthorized transactions and recover lost funds.

The network resumed operations approximately 11 hours after being halted.
