Crypto ETF Inflows Surpass Record $1.5 Trillion Amid Turbulent Market Conditions
The crypto market has seen an uptick in ETF inflows over the last 24 hours. According to SoSo Value data, Bitcoin led the charge with $433.03 million in inflows, followed closely by Ethereum at $143.80 million.
Solana also saw significant interest, recording $47.62 million in inflows, while Zcash attracted $37.67 million, thanks in part to Grayscale's recently launched Spot ZEC ETF.
Despite the surge, XRP was the only asset with outflows of around $43.70K during this period. Eric Balchunas, a Senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, notes that these inflows have surpassed last year's record flows of $1.5 trillion with three and a half months still to spare.
Balchunas also pointed out the stark contrast between today's market and just 20 years ago, when $100 billion in annual ETF flows was considered a strong year. Today, that same amount is surpassed every month, equating to roughly $8.5 billion in daily inflows.
